The Way of the Luminous begins with commitment to stamina and sustainability.  This 3-part class introduces core principles and practices of self care on the subtle energy level.  These practices provide a strong foundation for the exploration of healing, subtle energy and spirit work . With practice and commitment, these techniques help you to:

• Welcome and nourish your energetic connections to Earth, Sky & Spirit
• Nourish and strengthen your connection with your sacred center
• Tend to the health and wellness of your aura (your personal energy field)
• Create personal sacred space using the Peruvian shamanic practice of opening the wiracocha (the 8th chakra) or luminous mantle

You will also learn a fire ceremony practice which can be done with a firepit/fireplace or with a candle.  This simple yet powerful ceremony offers a beautiful opportunity to come to the healing fire for clearing and blessings, to energize your creative intentions and to offer prayers of appreciation and healing for Mother Earth. For those receiving the Munay-Ki rites, fire ceremony is a vital part of the process of growing the seeds of these sacred initiations.

Cultivating our capacity for presence is a journey into wholeness, which requires commitment, mindfulness and healing.  When we are authentically present, we become a clear conduit for Unity.  The Luminous flows through us effortlessly re-animating the world with the power of Love. 

This 3-part class introduces core principles and practices of the art of presence. With practice and commitment, you will develop your capacity to:

• Still the body/mind and reclaim conscious power over your attention
• Cultivate an awareness of the sacred Observer within
• Nurture a practice of mindful self-presence moment by moment
• Recognize obstacles to presence and explore some practices and pathways to clear these obstacles
• Choose to be present and hold space for yourself and others
• Witness the Luminous within all things through the art of appreciation

Intuitive perception is possible because everything is part of one unified field of Consciousness; this is Unity, the Consciousness which exists within everything. The Higher Self is our personal liaison with Unity. As we develop our ability to access and honor our intuition, we strengthen communication with the Higher Self. 

If we were to achieve unimpeded communion with the Higher Self, we would experience instantaneous connection with everything, everywhere, at all times. We would understand the complex patterns of subtle energy and Consciousness which create our 5-sensory reality, perceive the web of connection which unites all things, recognize the Luminous in every creation and truly comprehend that we are Light perceiving Light.  We move towards this level of awareness by honoring and nurturing our intuitive abilities, healing restrictions in our energy field which impede this knowing, and deepening relationship with the Higher Self.

• Identify, honor and nurture your natural intuitive pathways
• Distinguish the impulses of Ego from the guidance of Higher Self
• Shift brain-wave states to facilitate intuitive awareness
• Trust, honor and act upon your inner wisdom
• Explore the relationship between healing and intuitive perception
• Perceive the dynamic web of subtle energies which unifies all of Creation

Luminous divination is a pathway for communication and harmonious co-creation with Unity and the Higher Self (Unity Within.)  Luminous divination allows us to access the wisdom of Unity , the consciousness of Creation which inherently knows what is in harmony for everything, at all times.. When we open to this wisdom and act on its guidance, we consciously choose to create in harmony with All That Is.

The path of Luminous divination teaches us that we have access to all the wisdom we will ever need.  When we open to this infinite wisdom with the intent to align with the Luminous, to be of service, to create in harmony, to use the insight we receive impeccably and generously for the good of all,  the Universe conspires on our behalf.  The conduits of sacred communication open wider and the current of connection is strengthened. We become the voice, the embodiment, the living expression of the loving wisdom of Unity.

• Distinguish between authentic intuition and the impulses of Ego
• Shift your consciousness to access deeper, more intuitive states
• Establish and maintain connection with your inner wisdom even in stressful situations
• Trust and honor your intuitive guidance
• Track for the luminous pathway or opportunity available in any situation
• Hone intention and formulate clear divinatory questions/inquiries
• Explore and utilize a variety of divination tools and approaches, including cards, scrying, stone reading, vision walking, sacred drama and shamanic dreaming

Shamanic dreaming is a vital pathway for Luminous Becoming. The practice of luminous dreaming teaches us to consciously and mindfully step between the worlds of matter and spirit to enter the Dreamtime, the energetic and spiritual reality from which our waking reality arises.  The Dreamtime is a sacred playground in which we can explore the unified field of Consciousness and claim our power as luminous creators.

In this mythic landscape, we encounter Spirit helpers offering wisdom, healing and guidance. With the support of these loving and impeccable allies, we learn to transcend fear and limitation with ease and grace, restore our wholeness, align with the Luminous and joyfully participate in the Life Dance of the Universe.

• Enter and return from the Dreamtime safely and responsibly
• Establish relationship with a personal dream guide
• Be present and open to receive the gifts and blessings of the Dreaming
• Navigate the cosmology of the Dreamtime by journeying to the Lower, Middle & Upper World (the realms of the Subconscious, Conscious & Super-Conscious)
• Visit stable landscapes in the Dreamtime and connect with luminous dream allies
• Work with your night dreams through shamanic dream re-entry
• Explore the messages and energies of your dream experiences through creative expression and sacred drama

Healing is an essential pathway to reunion with Unity and alignment with the Higher Self.  It is the unhealed places in our being which impede our seamless communion with Unity. These dense and stagnant patterns occur when some part of our consciousness becomes disconnected from Unity Consciousness and forgets its divine nature. This stagnation and restriction in the human energy field leads to spiritual, emotional, mental and physical dis-ease. 

Luminous healing restores connection with Unity.  As our consciousness re-sources from the Luminous, disharmonious energy patterns are revitalized and brought back into balance or dissolve and are mulched back to the Earth to be recycled into new creations.
