| Blessings from the
Four Winds: The luminous flow of spirit is all
around us. In our workshop, we'll learn a foundational practice for welcoming spirit
support from the Four Winds (the cardinal directions of East, South, West & North).
This beautiful practice connects us directly to the luminous Powers of Life,
invites spirit support for daily life, and opens sacred space for spirit work and healing.

| Opening to the
Luminous: Deepening our relationship with the
Luminous involves a freewill intention to open and welcome this connection. In our
workshop, we'll learn to open our wiracocha (a Peruvian term for opening a luminous mantle
of personal sacred space.) Opening our wiracocha announces our intention to nourish our
relationship with the Luminous within and without, heightens access to intuition and
spirit guidance and supports healing and serenity. We'll explore practices for
strengthening and caring for this luminous mantle and personal energy field.

Within: At the core of our beings, we are already
whole, already luminous. The path of spirit is a journey of remembering and expressing our
luminous nature here in the manifest world. In our workshop, we will energize our
connection to our own luminous core. We will call out our spirits and honor the Luminous
within.
